The A6120 is a high-reliability overspeed protection monitoring module developed by Emerson, specially designed for the AMS 6500 machinery health monitoring system. It focuses on high-precision rotational speed monitoring and triple-redundant overspeed protection for critical rotating machinery. As a core safety-grade protection component, it provides reliable overspeed trip interlock, speed fault diagnosis and equipment safety monitoring for steam turbines, gas turbines and large compressor units in industrial power systems.
1. Safety-grade Overspeed Protection: Adopts professional triple-redundant speed detection and judgment logic, complying with API 670 industrial safety standards. It effectively eliminates single-point failure risks and ensures accurate and reliable overspeed trip protection for key power equipment.
2. High-precision Speed Sampling: Equipped with high-frequency high-resolution pulse sampling technology, which can capture tiny speed fluctuations and transient speed changes of rotating units. It supports stable and accurate full-range speed monitoring from low-speed startup to rated operation.
