HAI805
Product Overview
HAI805 is an 8-channel HART-enabled Analog Input Module manufactured by ABB for the Symphony Plus SD Series distributed control system.
Each channel is equipped with an independent dedicated HART modem. It receives 4–20mA analog signals from field transmitters, converts analog values into digital data, and simultaneously extracts HART digital auxiliary information including device status, secondary variables and diagnostic data. It communicates with the controller via HN800 fieldbus.
The module supports group galvanic isolation and comprehensive channel diagnostics, widely used in power plants, pulp & paper, chemical and hydropower automation projects. It must be matched with the ITU805 terminal base during installation.
