Product Usage Method
1. Pre-installation Inspection: Inspect the MMII-PD-1-2-120 controller appearance, display screen, keys, terminal ports and shell structure to confirm no damage, aging or functional failure. Verify that the product parameters match the on-site motor voltage level, power parameters and control system requirements to ensure installation compatibility.
2. On-site Environment Preparation: Select a dry, dust-free, well-ventilated installation position inside the industrial control cabinet, avoiding strong electromagnetic equipment and high-temperature heat sources. Ensure the installation space is reserved for heat dissipation and later maintenance to prevent equipment overheating and signal interference.
3. Equipment Installation & Fixation: Fix the controller stably on the cabinet panel according to the standard panel installation specifications. Adjust the installation level and tighten the fixing parts to avoid equipment displacement and loose wiring caused by on-site vibration, ensuring long-term stable installation.
4. Standard Wiring Connection: Complete power supply wiring, motor signal sampling wiring, digital input and relay output wiring in strict accordance with the official wiring diagram. Distinguish voltage, current, signal and power terminals to prevent wrong wiring, short circuit and signal crosstalk, and fix the wiring neatly.
5. Parameter Configuration & Debugging: Power on the equipment, perform local parameter configuration through the LCD display and keypad, including motor rated parameters, protection threshold values, protection curve modes and communication parameters. Connect the upper computer to complete remote parameter calibration and function debugging, ensuring all protection and monitoring functions are normally enabled.
6. Function Simulation & Verification: Simulate motor overload, phase loss and other abnormal operating conditions to test the controller’s protection action, alarm output and fault recording functions. Verify the accuracy of monitoring data and the reliability of protection logic to ensure compliance with on-site safety control standards.
7. Daily Operation & Maintenance: During long-term operation, regularly check the controller display status, data accuracy and wiring tightness. Clean the equipment surface and internal dust periodically, back up fault records and parameter data, and calibrate monitoring precision regularly to ensure stable and reliable motor protection and monitoring performance.
