3. Product Operation Instructions
- Static Protection: Wear anti-static wristband before handling the module to avoid electrostatic damage to circuit components.
- Pre-installation Check: Confirm the cabinet power is completely cut off; check whether the board surface has damage, corrosion or loose components.
- Installation: Align the board connector with the rack backplane slot, insert smoothly and lock the front panel fixing screw.
- Jumper Setting: Adjust on-board jumpers according to site excitation system configuration requirements before power-on.
- Wiring: Connect external temperature feedback terminals of SCR heat sink and other signal cables following official wiring diagram.
- Power-on Commissioning: Energize the cabinet, connect control system software, verify pulse output and feedback signal collection, complete excitation loop test.
- Daily Operation: Observe LED status indicators; monitor excitation operating parameters through the upper monitoring system.
- Maintenance & Replacement: Cut off all power supply before disassembly. After replacing the board, re-perform loop debugging and functional verification.
- Troubleshooting: Check backplane contact, wiring integrity and jumper configuration when encountering pulse loss or excitation abnormal alarms.
